Revival for Presiding Elder Janet Sturdivant in Philadelphia PA. On Thurs., Oct. 26th at 7 p.m., Pastor Grainger will be in revival at Union Bethel A.M.E. in Randallstown, MD.
MEN’S SEASON 2017: It’s Men’s Season 2017! Participate in the 4th Annual Men’s Season Tailgate Cook-off Competition Sat., Nov. 4th at 12 p.m. Brothers are encouraged to show your culinary skills. Don’t forget to purchase your Tasting Ticket to taste and vote for your 1st, 2nd & 3rd favorite food. Judging begins at 1 p.m. Tasting Tickets can be purchased in the Narthex for only $10 per person.
NEW MEMBERS CLASS: The next new members’ class is Sat., Oct. 14th at 10 a.m. and will focus on Christianity and Discipleship.
CALL TO MINISTRY INSTITUTE: The Call to Ministry Institute will be Tues., Oct. 17th at 7 p.m. with Pastor Jo Ann Browning. If you feel you have a calling on your life, don’t miss this meeting.
YOUNG ADULT MINISTRY: Let’s go, young adults! Come out this Thurs., Oct. 12th at 7:30 p.m. for Young Adult Bible Study – on the third floor. Mark your calendar, tweet it, post it…whatever you need to do. Be there and bring somebody with you!
MINISTRY TO THE INCARCERATED: Those interested in becoming part of Ebenezer’s Ministry to the Incarcerated come out Tues., Oct. 10th at 7 p.m.

COMFORT/CAREGIVERS SUPPORT GROUP MINISTRY: All past, present, future caregivers, and supportive family and friends are invited to the Comfort/Caregivers Support Ministry’s 25th Anniversary Tea Sat., Oct. 28th at 1 p.m. The guest speaker will be Min. Steve Brown.
BREAST CANCER AWARENESS: October is breast cancer awareness month. We will also provide facts each week and will provide information in the Narthex. FACT #1: Breast cancer is the most common cancer among African-African women. In 2017, approx. 30,000 new cases of breast cancer are expected to occur among African-American women.
BISHOP JAKES: Meet Bishop TD Jakes at the book signing for his new book “Soar” this Thurs., Oct. 12th at 7 pm at the Barnes & Noble in Bowie Town Center.
