WILLIAM MURPHY & TASHA COBBS CONCERT: It’s the concert of the year and the year’s not even over! It’s William Murphy and Tasha Cobbs-Leonard this Fri., July 28th at 7 p.m. right here at Ebenezer! That’s right, William Murphy and Tasha Cobbs! Tickets are $25 for general admission and $45 for VIP seats. Tickets can be purchased through Eventbrite.com until this Thursday. You can also purchase tickets in the Narthex after service today.
NEW MEMBERS CLASS: There will be no New Members class Sat., July 29th.
SUNDAY SCHOOL: The Lord blessed the Sunday School classes this year. This staff is taking some time to rest before the upcoming season. They will break during the month of August beginning July 30th and resume the 1st Sunday in September. The Adult Sunday School class will still meet during the break on the third floor at 9 a.m. All are welcome!
YOUNG ADULTS: Young Adults, join the Young Adult Ministry and our Pastors for a Young Adult Brunch Sat., July 29th from 9:30 a.m. – Noon. This will be a time of fellowship, fun, entertainment and great food! The Brunch is totally free, but we do need you to RSVP at Young Adult Bible Study or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
YOUTH AND YOUNG ADULT MINISTRY: Church Family, join us next Sunday by wearing all white for our “All White” Youth & Young Adult Sunday for both services.
COMFORT/CAREGIVERS SUPPPORT GROUP MINISTRY: The Comfort/Caregivers Support Group encourages those grieving a loss (a loved one, health, relationship, etc.) to come to our Comfort N’ Care Camp meeting this Sat., July 29th at 1 p.m. located at WRRC. There will be games, giveaways, care prayer, soul food for thought and more.
SOCIAL CONSCIOUS MINISTRY: Join the Social Conscious Ministry for some summer reading as they read Carter G. Woodson’s “The Mis-Education of the Negro.” They will discuss the book at the next meeting after the August break.
COMMUNITY DAY & BACKPACK GIVEAWAY: Delegate Tony Knots will host “It’s a Family Affair” Community Day & Backpack Giveaway Sat., Aug. 5th from 9-2 p.m. at Rosecroft Raceway. Activities include medical screening, live entertainment, a children’s PlayStation with games, books, moon bounce, face painting, pony rides and much more. This event is free to the public!
