QUARTERLY CONFERENCE: The 2nd and 3rd Quarterly Conference for the Potomac District with Presiding Elder Braxton is Tues., Jan. 12 at 7 p.m. All ministry heads are asked to come out with your reports.

NEW MEMBERS CLASS: The next New Members class is Sat., Jan. 16 at 10 a.m. and will focus on Church History.

CALL TO MINISTRY INSTITUTE: The Call to Ministry Institute with Pastor Jo Ann Browning will be held Tues., Jan., 19 at 7 p.m. on the 3rd floor of the Main Church. If you feel you have a calling on your life, don’t miss this meeting.

EBENEZER YOUTH LIVING FOR CHRIST: All parents and guardians, register your child between the ages of 5-11 for the Lil Kid’s Lock-In Fri., Jan. 22 at 8 p.m.-Sat., Jan, 23. Cost is $10 per youth.

POTTER’S HOUSE: Ebenezer is opening its doors to provide church-based emergency shelter. If you are seeking a ministry, you are invited to join the Potter’s House Ministry for an opportunity to assist those who are experiencing economic challenges and homelessness. Come out as we serve our homeless brothers and sisters Jan. 24-Jan. 31 during our 21st year of service to Warm Nights. The Potter’s House is also collecting CVS, Walmart gift cards and Metro Smartrip cards for our Warm Nights guests after services January 10 and 17. Email pottershouse@ebenezerame.org for more info.

MISSIONARY SOCIETY: The Alice Marie Chapman Missionary Society will hold its Annual Missionary Day Program Sun., Jan. 31 at 3 p.m. The special guest speaker will be, Dr. Shirley Cason-Reed, Connectional President of the Women’s Missionary Society. Dinner will be served. Tickets are $25 each and available in the Narthex.

FIFTH SUNDAY NIGHT UNPLUGGED: You’ve heard about it, it’s almost here…the kick-off for Ebenezer’s new Fifth Sunday Night Unplugged, Sun., Jan. 31 at 5 pm. Unplugged showcases amazing gospel talent and provides a platform for artists to share their gift. First guests include Stellar award-winning recording artist, Jonathan Nelson and other artists. You don’t want to be anywhere else Sun., Jan. 31 at 5 pm, but Ebenezer AME as we get UNPLUGGED for Jesus.
