NEW MEMBERS CLASS: The next New Members’ class will be held Sat., Jan. 13th at 10 a.m. and will focus on Christianity and Discipleship.

MEN’S BIBLE STUDY: The next Men’s Bible Study is this Thurs., Jan. 11th at 7:30 p.m. at the Original Sanctuary. Tell another brother and join them in the ZONE!

YOUNG ADULTS MINISTRY: Young Adults, it’s a new year, new beginning and new level! Don’t meet us, but beat us to Young Adult Bible Study this Thurs., Jan. 11th at 7:30 p.m. on the third floor. Bring a friend or two and don’t miss this time of the Word and fellowship with other young adults as God does a new thing in our lives.

YOUTH/CHILDREN MINISTRY: Attention parents and guardians of elementary age students, join KL4C (Kids Living 4 Christ) this Fri., Jan. 12th at 7 p.m. for the first Children’s Bible Study of 2018.

Social Conscious Ministry: Join the Social Conscious Ministry for Politics 101 this Sat. Jan. 13th at 10:30 a.m. As we prepare for the elections of 2018, get educated on the local, state, and national levels of government—from Congress to the State Legislature, County Council, and Board of Education. We will identify who does what, when and how; and who to contact with your concerns. Come prepared to engage and determine who we should contact to make a change in our community!

FINANCIAL WORKSHOP: Join the BALM, WRRC, Men’s and Young Adult Ministries as we continue to ring in the new year with a new financial mindset. Get your finances in order at the Financial Literacy Workshop Thurs., Jan. 18th at 7 p.m. Certified financial counselors will be on-hand to provide tools and insights on tax reform, savings and financial planning and much more! The event is totally free and open to all, but attendees are asked to donate men’s underclothes and socks for a homeless shelter.

ASSOCIATION OF AME SCOUTS (AMES): AMES, the Association of AME Scouts will be traveling to South Africa touring Johannesburg and Capetown on February 10-23, 2019. Come out and learn more at an informational meeting Fri., Jan. 19th at 7 pm. Call the church for more info.

ALICE MARIE CHAPMAN MISSIONARY SOCIETY: The Alice Marie Chapman Missionary Society will host a free foster care/adoption information session at the WRRC Sat, Jan. 27th at 2:30 p.m. The guest speaker will be Ms. Lisa Robertson from the Prince George’s County Department of Social Services. Light refreshments will be served.  Register TODAY in the Narthex after service. Registration ends Wed., Jan 24th.

COLLEGE MINISTRY (CFAM): CFAM wants to ensure they have your correct information. If you have not received a text, call, or email, from CFAM this year, please visit them after service in the Narthex.
