NEW MEMBERS CLASS: The next New Members class is Sat., Dec. 3rd and will focus on faith and salvation.

MINISTRY PROPOSAL WORKSHOP: All Ministry leaders, come out Sat., Dec. 10th at 9 a.m. to bring your 2017 ministry proposal plans. During this time, you will have the chance to fully prepare and have your proposals reviewed by officers of the ministry. Any and all questions you may have about the proposal process can be addressed during this time.

COMFORT DEPARTMENT: Join the Spouses in Transition Ministry for their Annual Holiday Grief Session Dec. 1st at 7 p.m., “Traveling through a Season of Grief.” with guest facilitator, Rev. Sheila Gaskins of Heartland Hospice. This event is open to the entire church, especially those who may have suffered the loss of a loved one this year.

COMBINED USHER BOARD MINISTRY: The Combined Usher Board’s Christmas Fellowship is Sat., Dec. 10th at Camelot by Martin’s. Tickets can be purchased at the Usher’s table in the Narthex.

CHRISTMAS PROGRAM: Save the date! Join us here on Wed., Dec. 14th at 7 p.m. The entire Music & Arts Department presents; “God’s Present, Christmas Musical – A Familiar Story, But Never Told Quite Like This.”

MANHOOD RITES OF PASSAGE (MROP): It’s open enrollment for the Manhood Rites of Passage 2017 season. The next Parent Orientation will be Dec. 13th at 7 p.m. in the Original Sanctuary.

YOUNG ADULT MINISTRY: JOIN THE EXPERIENCE, “iBelieve.” What you believe in and who you believe in, will determine the destiny and direction of your life.  Come out Thursdays at 7:30 p.m. as we believe in better!

BASKETBALL MINISTRY: It’s time for the winter basketball development and games for age groups 5-7, 8-10 & 11-14. Coaches are also needed. Sign up today after service in the Narthex.

JESUS SAVES T-SHIRTS: All previously purchased items can be picked up in the Mezzanine after service today.

PREACHING ENGAGEMENT: Pastor Grainger Browning will speak Sun. Dec. 11th at 5 p.m. for the Annual Candlelight Service at First Baptist Church of Annapolis located at 31 West Washington Street in Annapolis, MD. This service ushers in the Christmas season and has become a beloved tradition for the city of Annapolis and surrounding communities.

ANGEL TREE PROGRAM: Join us by participating in the Angel Tree Program. Angel Tree provides Christmas gifts to children of incarcerated parents. With your support, we can bless and help these children with a happy and healthier holiday season. The Angels will be available immediately after each service. All gifts must be new, unwrapped, and delivered to the church between no later than Sun. Dec. 11th.

SEASON OF GIVING: We pray everyone had a blessed Thanksgiving with family and loved ones. We are in our season of giving. Church family; help us to continue to provide food for our neighbors, gifts for children and clothing for the homeless throughout this holiday season. You can give to the Season of Giving campaign be clicking “online giving” on our website or noting Season of Giving on your envelope.
