NEW MEMBERS CLASS: The next New Members class is Sat., Dec. 10th and will focus on Christianity and Discipleship.
MINISTRY PROPOSAL WORKSHOP: All Ministry leaders please bring your completed 2017 ministry proposals Sat., Dec. 10th at 9 a.m. Proposals will be reviewed by an officer of the ministry during this time. If needed, you will have the chance to fully prepare you proposal as well. Questions you may have about the proposal process can be addressed during this time.
CHRISTMAS PROGRAM: Save the date! Join us here at Ebenezer Wed., Dec. 14th at 7 p.m. as our entire Music & Arts Department presents “God’s Present, Christmas Musical – A Familiar Story, But Never Told Quite Like This.” It will be a blessed evening with the Unity Choir, liturgical dancers, drama and more!
COMBINED USHER BOARD MINISTRY: The Combined Usher Board’s Christmas Fellowship is Sat., Dec. 10th at Camelot by Martin’s. Tickets can be purchased at the Usher’s table in the Narthex.
GO GET OUR DAUGHTERS MINISTRY: Young women ages 10 -18, join the Go Get Our Daughters Ministry Sat., Dec. 10th for their Giving Back activity packing and distributing “anytime food bags” to the homeless. Also, donations are needed to support the Prince George’s Co. Department of Social Services’ Doll Collection which is in need of African-American dolls only. Help us teach our young ladies the importance of “Giving Back” by registering & donating in the Narthex after service today.
MINISTRY MEETINGS: Ebenezer is “moving forward” and establishing new and reviving old ministries. Please take note and pray about which ones you would like to join. The Golf Ministry will meet Thurs., Dec. 8th and the Ebenezer Bible institute will meet Mon., Dec. 12th. Individuals interested in joining any these ministries should meet at 7:30 p.m.
MANHOOD RITES OF PASSAGE (MROP): It’s open enrollment for the Manhood Rites of Passage 2017 season. The next Parent Orientation will be Dec. 13th at 7 p.m. in the Original Sanctuary.
YOUNG ADULT MINISTRY: Join The Experience for the “iBelieve” series. What you believe in and who you believe in will determine the destiny and direction of your life. Come out Thursdays at 7:30 p.m. as we believe in better!
ANGEL TREE PROGRAM: Join us by participating in the Angel Tree Program and provide a Christmas gifts to children of incarcerated parents. All gifts must be new, unwrapped, and delivered to the church by Sun., Dec. 11th.
PREACHING ENGAGEMENT: Pastor Grainger Browning will speak Sun., Dec. 11th at 5 p.m. for the Annual Candlelight Service at First Baptist Church of Annapolis located at 31 West Washington Street in Annapolis, MD.
SEASON OF GIVING: We are in our season of giving. Church family, help us to continue to provide food for our neighbors, gifts for children and clothing and other items for the homeless throughout this holiday season. You can give to the Season of Giving campaign be clicking “online giving” on our website or noting Season of Giving on your envelope.
