LEADERSHIP MEETING: The next church wide leadership meeting is tomorrow, Mon., Feb. 3rd at 7 p.m. All church leaders are asked to attend.

MEN’S LOCKER ROOM: Brothers, come out to “The Huddle,” Men’s Bible Study every Thursday from 7:30-8:30 p.m. at EBI. The theme for this week is “Iron Men” focused on Proverbs 27:7.

POETRY MINISTRY & JEWELS MINISTRY: The Poetry and The Jewels Ministries are co-sponsoring a trip to Arena Stage to see the 2 p.m. matinee performance of “The Tallest Tree in the Forest” (The Paul Robeson story featuring Daniel Beaty) Sat., Feb. 15. This Black History Month activity is open to the entire Ebenezer Church and the community. The discounted Ebenezer group rate for tickets is $50 and will be available for purchase in the Narthex and by phone at (202) 488-4380. EBENEZER BIBLE INSTITUE (EBI): EBI Spring Semester started Mon., Jan. 27th. Classes include Teaching the Power of the Holy Spirit and Great Kings of the Bible. Today is the final day to register in the Narthex.

YOUNG PEOPLES DEPARTMENT (YPD): Youth, join the YPD Super Bowl today Sun., Feb. 2nd for the Super Bowl of Caring. Snacks, cards and notes of encouragement will be collected for wounded warriors and those serving in the military. Please drop off items at the Youth Booth after both services.

MISSIONARY SOCIETY: The Alice Marie Chapman Missionary Society continues its annual Membership Drive. If you have a heart to serve, you are needed. Visit the Missionaries in the Narthex or email at missionarysociety@ebenezerame.org
