HOLY WEEK: We praise God for Holy Week as we journey towards resurrection. Morning Miracle Services will be held Mon., April 15th through Sat. April 20th at 6 a.m. daily with Pastor Grainger Browning.

Our Resurrection Sunday services will be held at 6, 8:15 and 10:45 a.m. on next Sunday, April 21. Come and worship our risen Savior!

YOUTH MINISTRY – 7 LAST WORDS: Join the Youth Ministry Good Friday, April 19th for the Seven Last Words with 7 preachers preaching the seven last sayings of Christ along with Ebenezer’s own Youth Choir and Youth Liturgical Dancers. Service starts at 7:03 PM.

PREACHING ENGAGEMENT: Ebenezer Church family, please continue to pray for our Pastors. Pastor Jo Ann Browning will be ministering at Greater Allen AME Cathedral of New York’s Women’s Conference, “TRANSFORMED,” April 25-27, 2019 in Stamford, CT.

Pastor Grainger Browning, Jr. will be ministering April 25th & 26th at the 12th Episcopal District’s “Called To Serve” Convocation in Little Rock, AK.

NEW MEMBERS CLASS: The next new members’ class will be Sat., April 20th at 10 a.m. and will focus on Church History.

EDUCATION MINISTRY: Calling all parents, students, educators and community members, the Education Ministry is hosting its first ever Fireside Chat with our very own, Dr. Monica Goldson, interim CEO of Prince Georges County Public Schools Tues., April 30th at 7 p.m. in the Original Sanctuary. Join us for refreshments and an intimate conversation as we reflect on the current school year and look forward to the upcoming school year. Our host and moderator for the evening will be Rev. CROCHET MINISTRY: Are you the creative type? Love to knit, and/or crochet, or just want to learn how? The Crochet Ministry is looking for you! Join them in creating all kinds of beautiful items for people in need. The next meeting is Thurs., April 18th at 7 p.m.

POETRY MINISTRY: Come celebrate National Poetry Month and 16 years of Ebenezer’s Poetry Ministry Fri., April 26th at 6 p.m. Come enjoy performances by the Anointed P.E.N.S., African drumming and dancing, Psalmists of Solomon Choir  and Open Mic. CAREGIVERS SUPPORT GROUP: The Comfort Ministry’s Caregivers Support Group encourages past and present caregivers to share their insight gained from their experiences. Expect showers of blessings at their annual “Spring Cleaning & Gleaning” fellowship meeting Sat., April 27th at 1 p.m.

BASKETBALL MINISTRY: Recruitment for summer youth basketball has begun for boys and girls in age groups 7-18. They are also looking for volunteer coaches and administrators. Stop by their table in the Narthex after service today.

2019 WOMEN’S SEASON:  The 2019 Women’s Season continues! You don’t want to miss Revival 2 with Co-Pastor Susie Owens this Wed., April 17th at 7 p.m. The third and final night of revival is Wed., May 8th Revival with Rev. Sheleta Fomby. Revival is open to all!
