There is so much to know about our Pastors journey. Did you know that Ebenezer AME was first based in the Georgetown area of Washington, DC. The church moved to Fort Washington in 1983. June 1983, one month after the move, marked the anointed and appointed arrival of Pastor Grainger and Pastor Jo Ann! At the time, Ebenezer had 17 members, a monthly mortgage of $3,500 and a weekly offering of $300! We thank God for His grace for our Pastors to thrive at 35!
