PREACHING ENGAGEMENTS: Continue to pray for our Pastors. This Fri., May 19th at 7:30 p.m. Pastor Grainger Browning will preach the Annual Spring Conference at Temple of Praise International Fellowship in Washington D.C. where Bishop Glen Staples is Pastor. Next Sun., May 21st at 3:30 p.m., Pastor Jo Ann Browning will be preaching Annual Women’s Day at Mount Olive AME Church in Worton, MD where Rev. Isaac Wilson, III is Pastor.
NEW MEMBERS CLASS: The next New Member’s class will be held Sat., May 20th at 10 a.m. The focus will be on Church History.
ANNUAL MEMORIAL DAY CELEBRATION OF LIFE: Remember our military and loved onesat Ebenezer’s 18th Annual Memorial Day Celebration sponsored by the Comfort Department along with the Reach Out to Military Ministry and the Young People Care Initiative is Mon., May 29th at 9 a.m. in the Main Sanctuary. We will honor those who served in the Armed Forces, as well as celebrate the memories of loved ones through a powerful word, dynamic praise and worship, a mime presentation and liturgical dance. Those who attend are invited to the “Fish Fry Fellowship” afterwards on the church grounds!
REACH OUT TO MILITARY: It’s National Military Appreciation Month and we honor all current and former members of the U.S. Armed Forces, including those who died in the pursuit of our freedom. To connect with this ministry email at email@example.com.
BASKETBALL MINISTRY: Young people, ages 7-18, let’s ball! It’s time to register for the 2017 Summer Basketball League. Practice begins this Wed., May 17th at 7p.m. Stop by their table in the Narthex after service.
TUTORIAL MINISTRY: The Tutorial Ministry will continue to have tutorial services on Mon. and Tues. of each week from 6-7p.m. Volunteers are needed to help with tutoring children and youth. The sessions will end Tues., May 23rd, and resume Mon. Oct. 2nd. For further info, call the church Admin. Office.
RETREAT PLANNING: There will be a mandatory “all hands on deck” meeting tomorrow, May 15th at 7 p.m. for the WS2K17 Spiritual Retreat. All key area representatives are asked to attend, including Admin. Office, Facilities, Security, Parking Lot, Ushers, Men’s Ministry, Transportation, Support and others.
WOMEN’S SEASON: Women’s Season 2017 continues! Support the annual Women’s Season. Sisters, come make a joyful noise with the Women’s Season Choir. Rehearsals are Mon., May 15th, Mon., May 22nd and Tues. May 30th at 7 p.m. in the Main Sanctuary.
