NEW MEMBERS CLASS: New member’s class will be held this Sat., June 11 and will focus on Christianity and Discipleship.

VACATION BIBLE SCHOOL: We are preparing for a life-changing week of Vacation Bible School for children ages 4-18 years old from June 27-July 1 at the Original Sanctuary. This year’s theme is “I’ve Got Talent” from Ephesians 2:10. We also need teachers and volunteers. Call 301-248-8833 or place your info in the Vacation Bible School box. Staff training is Sat., June 11 from 9 a.m.-11 a.m. at the Original Sanctuary.

TUTORIAL MINISTRY: Last day of tutoring for the 2015-2016 school year is June 7. We will start again for the 2016 -2017 school year on October 4.

JEWELS MINISTRY: The Jewels Ministry Everybody’s Birthday Celebration will be Sat., June 11 at 11a.m. Cost is $13 per person. Stop by the Jewels table in the Narthex.

EBENEZER YOUTH LIVING FOR CHRIST: One week left to register all middle and high school students for Broken 2016.  This year’s special guest artist is Jekalyn Carr.  There will be a Retreat Briefing Tues., June 14 at 7p.m.  Project SleepOut will be held Fri., June 24-25, register in the Narthex after service. Sat., June 25 at 4p.m.  EYL4C will host the End of School Block Party at EBI.  Sun., June 26 is Graduation Sunday.  We want to recognize ALL students graduating and being promoted to the next grade level. Register today to be a part of Graduation Sunday. Last day to register is Sun., June 19.

SERVICE TIMES: Church family; don’t forget as of today our second service will officially begin at 10:45 AM instead of 10:30 AM.

PREACHING ENGAGEMENTOn June 13 at 7:00p.m our Pastor Rev. Dr. Browning Jr., will be preaching for the Men’s Revival at Hunter Memorial A.M.E. located in Suitland, MD. Pastor Harold Hayes Jr. Next: June 14 at 7:00p.m. He will be preaching at the 30th Anniversary for Rev. Dr. H. Seawright at Union Bethel A.M.E. Floral Park Rd., Brandywine, MD.

WOMEN’S SEASON: Thank you to Pastor Jo Ann Browning, the Women’s Season co-chairs and all who worked throughout this season. God truly blessed this entire season. What a wonder it has been to the entire church family! We thank God for our 33rd Annual Women’s Day! Our guest preacher at 7:45 service is Bishop Vashti McKenzie, Presiding Prelate, 10th Episcopal District and at 10:30 a.m., Rev. Dr. Gwendolyn Boyd, President, Alabama State University.
